Additionally, while we grow our business, we are also offering 'first project free' so you can decide if we are a good fit for your business (this would obviously require a couple of HIPAA waivers that we have at the ready). MAVEN SERVICES may not be the best fit for *every* type of practice, and we want to communicate that effectively. We believe that the strongest leaders are aware of both their strengths and weaknesses. MAVEN SERVICES is ideal for smaller practices (under 50 clinicians) that bill for therapeutic services (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD) and medication management (PMHNP) and/or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). We use CPT and add-on E/M codes to maximize reimbursement.
MAVEN SERVICES is moldable. Every practice has their own culture and purpose. And we work hard to maintain your individual values while maximizing profit. For example, if you need a recommendation and to establish a contract with a collections agency, we have several recommendations and can take over that process. If you do not want to use collections, that's totally fine as well, there are some creative workarounds. We recognize the sensitive nature of therapy billing, and we are very gentle with clients (and insurance companies). However, with the latter, I know when and how to push back, clearing up any confusion that may occur during a routine call with insurance.
